Yountville-Napa Valley, CA – September 11, 2008 – Five shops at V Marketplace will be celebrating their individual anniversaries by joining together for one huge fun-for-all party. A Little Romance, Sisters, ielle, Domain Home & Garden and VIANETT, all located on the second floor of the specialty complex are pulling out the stops for this joint anniversary bash.
On Saturday, September 27th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the second floor of V Marketplace will be “the place to be”. As part of the festivities there will be door prizes, hourly give-a-ways, trunk shows, discounts and demonstrations. The merchants will also be offering liquid refreshments and delectable trays of eats and sweets.
A Little Romance, 19 years young, offering a mixture of bedding, decorative accessories and fashion adornments will be giving away a beautiful cashmere and silk Pashmina every hour. A Little Romance is an authorized retailer of the much sought after and coveted handbags by Bay Area artist Mary Frances, and for their grand finale, A Little Romance will be giving away one of these whimsical and expressive handbags.
Napa Valley’s premier bridal and couture salon, VIANETT will “kick off” the party with a trunk show of shoes and purses by Fellinni and Venessa, an entire new line of holiday attire by VIANETT and the spectacular designs of Lucy de la Vega. Ms. de la Vega, a New York jewelry designer will be showcasing her uniquely crafted jewelry of semi-precious stones from Italy, Spain and Germany. The pièce de résistance of the day will be the give-away of a $50.00 gift certificate.
Domain Home & Garden is celebrating their 12th anniversary with panache. Lasha Eib, co-owner and artist will be presenting demonstrations on how to create stunning floral arrangements using high-end permanent botanicals that you can leave in place for months or even years. These beautiful and realistic botanicals are from SIA, a European based company well recognized for their home décor Lifestyle Collection. SIA won the 2008 Arts Award (the Home Industries version of an Oscar) for their permanent botanicals. Domain Home & Garden will be giving away one of these beautiful botanicals every hour and to cap off the revelry they will also be giving away a $50.00 gift certificate.
Sisters, a “girly girl boutique” will be making merry by holding a trunk show with local jewelry artist April Martin, known for her “statement pieces” that are fun and whimsical. Ms. Martin describes her 14 carat gold and sterling silver jewelry as “earthy luxe”. Along with the jewelry lines Sisters carries, they also have an eclectic mix of women’s and men’s apparel, unique gifts, mineral make-up and beauty services.
ielle will be celebrating over 30 years in business. ielle voted best women’s clothing store in the wine country year after year will also be holding a trunk show featuring Laundry. The Laundry clothes line is well known for their fashion forward party dresses. This is the perfect time to view what will be in style for the upcoming holidays.
Never one to miss out on a party Tay & Grace who celebrated their anniversary earlier this summer will be joining in on the fun. The boutique known for their “Playclothes for Women” will have a psychic on hand to do readings.
